Mental Health & Wellness
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Basics/Brief Skills Group Program for Adolescents

Have 10+ years of experience training and delivery of DBT as an individual and group therapist within outpatient, inpatient, residential, school, and community settings.
- Have developed a 9-session adaptation of DBT skills group for adolescents that can be delivered in schools and community settings.

Provide talks, seminars, and workshops on DBT for mental health providers, students, physicians, schools, and community members.

Provide consultation for individuals or organizations implementing DBT in school and community settings.
Youth & Teen Mental Health First Aid

Trained in Mental Health First Aid for youth and adults, which is an evidence-based, early-intervention course that teaches participants about mental health and substance use challenges.

Certified trainer in Youth Mental Health First Aid - which equips adults who work with youth with the tools to identify, understand, and respond to youth with mental health and substance use challenges.

Certified trainer in Teen Mental Health First Aid - which equips youth 13-17 years old with the tools to identify, understand, and respond to peers with signs of mental health and substance use challenges.
