Clinical Services
As a licensed Clinical Psychologist I strive for my clients to truly know that they are seen, heard, and valued, and that we are partners in helping them reach their goals and improve their mental health. I received my Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Kentucky in 2013. I have received extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and have worked with both youth (age 9-18) and adults with a variety of concerns and diagnoses. Many of my clients have concerns with anxiety, depression, emotion dysregulation, impulsivity, substance use, suicidal ideation, self injury, and/or relationships. I do not believe that one type of therapeutic approach works for everyone, and take time to talk with my clients to understand their concerns and collaboratively develop a treatment plan. I am also intentional to acknowledge and respect my client’s values and culture, and integrate the components of their identity that are relevant into their treatment plan to meet the client’s goals.
I currently see child and adult clients through IU Health.
I am not accepting new patients at this time.
